While mystery still surrounds the nature of Let It Die's upcoming event involving content for Killer7, Grasshopper Manufacture has announced an even more... interesting idea with Let It Date: a dating simulator that will release as its own game on PlayStation 4.
Players will be able to ascend the Tower of Barbs not through skill, but with style as they experience the game's unique brand of dialogue by romancing main characters from Let It Die. We're not entirely sure who will be "dateable" other than Uncle Death, but whatever waifu or husbando you choose to court in Let It Date, there's nothing quite like making the reaper your senpai when he's viewed you as his own for so long.
Be sure to check out Daniel Tack's review for the game to see why it made Elise Favis' list of the greatest modern horror games. You can also read our interview with the mastermind (Suda51) behind it all.
Our Take
There's a point where nothing's a surprise to you with certain developers and publishers, and when it comes to the bizarre antics of Suda51 and Grasshopper Manufacture, there are no limits. No limits.
